Whistleblower management and complaints process

We want to encourage EVERYONE to report any unlawful activity if it occurs at BONITA or one of our partners. BONITA will take consistent action against any non-compliance.

BONITA wants to ensure that all employees and partners can report any concerns or complaints. A complaint may include discrimination, harassment, corruption, stealing, scams or other non-compliance with our social standards or breaking the law.

Do you have questions or a complaint about your rights or would you like to report misconduct? Then contact our independent and free whistleblower channel in confidence.

Anyone who makes a report in good faith is protected. All reports are handled with the utmost care and respect for the rights of all parties involved.

Our social commitment

We want the people who work for us and manufacture our products a safe working place. Laws provide the framework, but they must also be complied with.

For this reason, we take a very close look. Through various internal and external measures, we try to ensure that everything is done for the health and safety of our own employees, as well as the employees of our suppliers.

We are convinced that excellent quality can only be given if the working conditions are perfect.

Our company is committed to respecting and promoting the human rights of all people. The Bonita Declaration of Principles sets out our key principles and commitments.

Our Code of Conduct for employees is a document that defines clear rules and expectations to ensure that all employees behave in a respectful, professional and responsible manner.
